Meet the Winemaker
While discovering his love for wine in Italy during his service in the US Navy from 2008-2012, Thomas Cherry began his winemaking journey in the Santa Ynez Valley in 2013. After graduating with an Enology degree from Cal Poly SLO, he moved to Paso Robles and established McLeod Cellars in 2022. With a deep passion for the rich diversity of California central coast wines, he prides himself on crafting boutique wines from these beautiful vineyards, focusing on exceptional handcrafted wines that reflect the unique character of the region.
